Buckhead Beef

On April 4, 2025, C.H.E.F. Academy had the pleasure of cultivating an experience for DeKalb County Educators in the culinary field. A Master Butcher from the Buckhead Butcher Shop came to the kitchen to teach our educators about the different types of beef and how to cut them.
